A Common Arab Strategy for Media and Information Literacy
Her Excellency Maitha Al Suwaidi, Executive Director of the Media Strategy and Policies Sector, participated in the first meeting of the Working Group on Developing an Arab Strategy for Media and Information Literacy, which was hosted by the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States in the presence of Assistant Secretary-General Ambassador Ahmed Rashid Khattabi.
Media literacy is one of the most important issues within the agenda of the Council of Arab Ministers of Information with the aim of developing the Arab media system and developing the capabilities of understanding, analysis and qualification in dealing with the media and digital media.
