A copy of the passport, a copy of the ID card "for the citizen" with a copy of the residence + ID card for non-citizens

Checking the attachments and conditions to be met in the application
- Addressing the concerned authority (for approval or not)
In the event of approval or disapproval, the response will be made electronically
Pay the prescribed financial fee electronically
Hand over the card
