Issuing International Standard Book Number (ISBN)

The publisher is obliged to attach the print permission issued by UAEMC to any international number issued. If the authorized printing permission is not attached, the publisher shall bear legal and administrative responsibility for this, including the cancellation of the ISBN issued to the book.

The publisher is obliged to install the ISBN on the books within a maximum period of (one month) and upload the cover image and the internal page containing the book's data. If not, the publisher bears legal and administrative responsibility for this, including the cancellation of the ISBN of the book.

The publisher is obliged to follow the rules relating to the international numbers of books upon receipt.

The publisher is obliged to inform the Council about any change in his data in terms of title or stop issuing books and others.

The publisher is obliged to inform the Council about any change in the issue of the book in terms of reprinting the book differently or changing the title of the book.

The publisher is obliged to place the ISBN on the back page of the book cover as specified by the UAEMC. If this is not possible, put it on the front page of the book cover.

The publisher is committed not to use the same ISBN on any other book, and the book, which consists of several parts; each part will give its own ISBN.

If the additional binding envelope is in place, the publisher is required to place the ISBN at the bottom of the background page for binding from outside. If this is not possible, place it in another location and be clear.

The publisher shall ensure that the font used for printing the ISBN is not less than (9) points.

The recipient of an ISBN does not mean that he is granted a license for the contents of the book and does not mean granting him intellectual property rights for the book but rather obtaining an international identification code for his book.

في حال طلب ترخيص (مجلة / اعادة طباعة / جريدة / بث اذاعي او تلفزيوني داخل او خارج المنطقة حرة) يتم عرض الطلب على الاداره والخروج بتوصيات الاداره
في حال الأنشطة التي تعرض على اللجنة مخاطبة الجهات المعنية الإصدار الموافقة من عدمها.
في حالة موافقة اللجنة او في حال عدم الموافقة يتم الرد إلكترونياً .

إصدار الرخصة إلكترونياً
